Unsere Wurzeln liegen im UX- und UI-Design. Diesen Fokus erweitern wir um Softwareentwicklung, Architektur, Cloud, Data und AI. So begleiten wir die Entwicklung digitaler Produkte ganzheitlich – von Websites und Apps bis hin zu komplexen Plattformen und Anwendungen. Dabei verbinden wir fachliche Expertise mit einem klaren Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse, technische Anforderungen und die Ziele unserer Kunden. Wir arbeiten remote und legen Wert auf Eigenverantwortung, offene Kommunikation und eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Aufgaben Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung Microsoft-basierter Lösungsarchitekturen. Begleitung der Einführung, Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Dynamics 365. Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Konzepte. Beratung von Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams sowie Gestaltung von Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen. Das bringst du mit Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Microsoft Solution Architecture und/oder Dynamics 365. Erfahrung mit komplexen Systemlandschaften und der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen und IT. Je nach Schwerpunkt ergänzende Kenntnisse in Azure, Power Platform oder Dataverse. Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau. Reisebereitschaft für projektabhängige Kundeneinsätze innerhalb Deutschlands. Die Zusammenarbeit Bei einem passenden Projekt wirst du bei New Monday festangestellt und bringst deine Expertise beim Kunden ein.
