As a (Senior) Manager – Automotive & Digitalization (f/m/x) , you will be part of our Automotive Practice , take on professional responsibility, lead teams, and strategically develop topics. You will identify and develop leads with existing and potential new clients. Your Responsibilities as (Senior) Manager Project Management: Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation, considering individual and collective goals. Expanding accilium’s Service Portfolio: Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing accilium in the market with relevant content. Presentation & Facilitation: Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops – both internally and externally with clients and at events. Continuous Development: Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts. Active Coaching: Support team members’ development through knowledge sharing and creating an environment for rapid professional and career growth. Trusted Advisor: Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level. Leadership experience and proven track record in project and client acquisition, plus a strong network in the mobility sector (automotive). Excellent German and English skills (C1*).
