Your role and responsibilities Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute our B2B marketing strategy in close alignment with leadership, with a strong focus on brand visibility and engagement among large financial institutions Brand & Content: Maintain and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency; create thought leadership pieces, sales materials, and announcements for institutional audiences Digital & Campaigns: Manage website content and structure, plan and optimize paid campaigns with clear ROI focus, and grow our social media presence – primarily on LinkedIn Events: Support the planning and execution of conferences and client formats (online and offline), including conceptualization and post-event analysis PR & Communication: Collaborate with the communications team to develop coherent institutional PR and communication strategies Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals and product positioning Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and influencers within the digital assets ecosystem Analytics & Market Intelligence: Monitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights; stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments Your profile Experience: About 4 - 6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, crypto, fintech, or a high-performing agency – ideally with exposure to institutional client audiences Skill Set: Strong generalist across brand, digital marketing, content, website, and events with hands-on experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the digital assets market Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions Working Style: Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset, self-driven, structured, solution-focused, and delivery-oriented Communication: Confident working across teams and with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners What we offer • Work with experts from the digital assets / crypto industry • Flat hierarchies • International and modern working environment • Strongly motivated and dynamic team • A high degree of self-reliance, responsibility and development perspective • 30 days vacation/year • Attractive compensation package • Team and company events • A modern office in the middle of Frankfurt Formulations referring to individuals in the job advertisement are to be considered gender-neutral. tradias an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
