Senior Growth Manager, Global Marketplaces

We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Manager, Marketplaces who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Director of Marketplaces, your focus will be on driving growth, data and commercial performance across our global marketplace business, spanning Amazon, Walmart and a growing number of commercial marketplaces. You will own reporting and forecasting, lead strategic projects across regions, and act as a key partner to the Director of Marketplaces. In this role, you will combine your deep marketplace expertise with your ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, global environment. What you will do Own our global marketplace data and reporting, integrating Amazon SP-API and Advertising API data into our warehouse, building reports in Superset and ensuring data accuracy across AMER, EMEA and APAC. Drive growth across regions and marketplaces by codifying successful approaches into playbooks, rolling them out globally, onboarding new commercial marketplaces and owning account performance and P&L. Own stock health and forecasting, using global stock reporting to challenge account managers and the replenishment team and inform future purchase order decisions and demand forecasts. Act as a key partner to the Director of Marketplaces, owning weekly and monthly business reviews, presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders, supporting the budgeting process and providing leadership and continuity when the Director is away. Lead automation and AI initiatives, building tools and workflows using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, while mentoring regional account managers. What you should bring 4+ years’ hands-on experience with Amazon and marketplaces, ideally gained working directly with or for an Amazon brand; a university degree or equivalent seller experience. Proven ability to manage projects independently, taking a brief through to delivery across a large, matrixed and global organisation. Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong knowledge of Amazon KPIs including advertising metrics, and confidence with forecasting, budgeting, P&L and data quality in tools such as Superset. Fluent English is essential; German is a strong plus, with additional marketplace languages such as Spanish, Italian or French welcome. An AI-native, automation-first approach and experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini is desirable. An open and confident mindset, with the ability to represent a brand that speaks candidly about sexual wellness, pleasure and taboo-breaking topics.
