A Quick Snapshot…..
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, driving both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing enterprise accounts across key strategic industries in the DACH region. You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, understand complex business challenges, and position Conga's enterprise-wide solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Transformation Specialists, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and clients, you will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close. This role is focused on 40% new business generation and 60% growth within existing customers.

You will develop and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans, engage senior decision-makers, and lead complex sales cycles to drive predictable revenue growth within your assigned region.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Proven Track Record
You have at least 20 years of successful B2B enterprise technology sales experience within the SaaS industry and a strong track record of success in DACH.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, aligning business challenges with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Consistently exceeds quota within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
- Builds and leverages executive, customer, partner, and ecosystem relationships to create, accelerate, and expand strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of AI, automation, and revenue management trends, effectively translating these into customer value and business outcomes.
- Drives predictable revenue growth through strategic account planning, executive engagement, and value-based selling.

What will give you an edge...
- Experience selling Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions with strong knowledge of CPQ, CLM, revenue optimization, document generation, and e-signature products.
- Education and/or experience in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or Operations Research is considered a plus.
