Am Standort Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte und ambitionierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Consultant . Was Dich erwartet: Strategien in messbaren Erfolg umwandeln: Entwicklung von Target-Operating-Modellen, Neugestaltung von End-to-End-Prozessen und Erstellung digitaler Roadmaps zur Operationalisierung von Geschäftszielen und Wachstumsstrategien. Projektportfolio-Management: Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Orchestrierung digitaler Initiativen und Ambitionen mit Fokus auf das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis. Kundenzentrierte Konzepte: Analyse, Validierung und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen, Erstellung strategieorientierter Technologie-Use Cases. Moderation von Workshops oder Meetings. Was wir erwarten: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Berater:in in einem Beratungsunternehmen Kenntnisse von Geschäftsmodellen und -prozessen Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Betriebsmodellen und Planung von Wachstumsstrategien Grundlegendes Interesse an fachlich getriebenen, technischen Transformationsprojekten Sehr gute PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Empathie Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten: Wir bieten spannende Projektaufgaben im Finanz- und öffentlichen Sektor, Unterstützung und Wertschätzung in einem attraktiven, internationalen Umfeld.
