Vous évoluerez dans un environnement stimulant, au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'analyse des besoins métier, l'amélioration des processus et la mise en œuvre de solutions à forte valeur ajoutée. Vos missions Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes. Animer des ateliers métiers et faciliter les échanges entre les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques. Modéliser et optimiser les processus métier. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, User Stories et critères d'acceptation. Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d'architecture, de tests et de gestion de projet. Accompagner les phases de validation fonctionnelle (UAT) et de mise en production. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des solutions mises en œuvre. Assurer la qualité de la documentation fonctionnelle tout au long du cycle de vie des projets. Participer aux cérémonies Agile et contribuer au bon déroulement des projets. Vos compétences Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en Business Analysis ou Analyse Métier. Solide expérience dans le recueil et l'analyse des besoins métiers. Excellente maîtrise de la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et de User Stories. Bonne connaissance de la modélisation des processus (BPMN). Expérience en environnement Agile (Scrum). Maîtrise des outils Jira et Confluence . Expérience dans la coordination des phases de tests fonctionnels (UAT). Excellent relationnel, esprit d'analyse et sens de la communication.
