Senior Agile Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

You want to play a key role in enabling high-performing teams that build products shaping the future of unmanned systems? As Senior Agile Transformation Manager, you are a leader, coach, and facilitator supporting Product Managers and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. You ensure Agile principles are effectively implemented while helping teams become increasingly autonomous, predictable, and high-performing at scale. You are passionate about continuous improvement, organizational agility, and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best What is your Day to Day Mission: Facilitate cross-functional planning and delivery across the software and hardware portfolio, aligning product management strategy and roadmap with engineering execution. Establish and continuously improve a scalable planning and delivery model grounded in Agile and Lean principles, encompassing product development, governance, system integration, testing, and release management. Identify systemic impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies, partnering with senior leaders and functional owners to drive resolution. Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery teams on Agile leadership, outcome-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision-making. Establish and monitor transparent measures of organizational delivery health, flow, quality, predictability, and release performance, using insights to drive corrective action and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across the product development organization What you bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years scaling Agile in organizations with 50+ developers and multiple cross-functional teams. Experience designing, adapting and improving development frameworks for complex engineering environments. Significant experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or similar role within a growing mid-sized or large organization. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles. Ability to coach leaders and teams without directing execution. Proven success supporting cross-functional software and hardware product teams. Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience using Jira and Confluence. Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
