Als eine von 10 Startup Factories in Deutschland bringen wir Gründung und Wachstum von wissenschaftsbasierten Spin-offs voran. Gemeinsam mit Universitäten, Hochschulen, sowie Acceleratoren, Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten und Akteuren aus der Wirtschaft bauen wir ein Ökosystem für wachstumsorientierte Startups und Scaleups. Und starten eine neue Bewegung für mehr Unternehmertum in der Gesellschaft. boOst fokussiert sich auf Technologien in den Bereichen Semiconductor Systems, Biotech und Optics/Photonics, um Startups aus der Wissenschaft bei Gründung und Wachstum zu unterstützen. In der Position des Ecosystem Managements bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für Unternehmen, Wissenschaftseinrichtungen und Gründungsteams aus ganz Europa. Ihre Aufgaben Scouting von Forschungsteams und neuen Technologien Durchführung von Semicon IP Sprints zur Kommerzialisierung von Patenten Durchführung von Venture-Clienting und Multi-Stakeholder Formaten im Bereich Semicon Key Account Management für Halbleiterfirmen aus unserem Netzwerk: Aufbau und Pflege der Unternehmens- und Forschungsnetzwerke, regelmäßige Durchführung des Semicon Industry Roundtables Etablierung und Koordination von In-Kind-Partnerprogramm für Startups Koordination eines geförderten Verbundprojekts mit europäischen Startup-Netzwerken Eigenständiges Reporting zu Trends und News im Startup-Ökosystem Interaktion mit Transfer Offices und RTOs (Fraunhofer, Leibniz, Helmholtz, Max-Planck) Mentoring & Coaching für Deep-Tech-Startups Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Bereichen Physics, Materials / Electrical / Chemical Engineering oder Semiconductor Manufacturing mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise eigene Gründungserfahrung und eigene unternehmerische Tätigkeit im wissenschaftlichen Kontext idealerweise Vorerfahrung mit IPCEI-Projekten, European Chips Act (ECA) Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch und Englisch Team-Player-Skills und die Bereitschaft, die gemeinsame Vision für Mitteldeutschland unternehmerisch aufzubauen Ihre ersten Monate Sie lernen die beteiligten Akteure aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft kennen und übernehmen die Koordination im Halbleiter-Bereich. Sie bringen wichtige Partner an einen Tisch und tragen dazu bei, Deep-Tech-Gründungen im Netzwerk zu stärken.
