Ook als je nog geen certificaten hebt, maar wel ervaring hebt in consultancy, IT of bedrijfskunde en graag wilt doorgroeien, nodigen we je van harte uit. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen inhoud en proces: Je vertaalt klantdoelen naar schaalbare Salesforce-oplossingen. Je leidt projecten van intake tot oplevering en bewaakt scope, planning en budget. Je faciliteert workshops en zorgt dat eindgebruikers de nieuwe werkwijze omarmen. Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties en groeit naar de rol van trusted advisor. Je spot kansen voor procesoptimalisatie en nieuwe trajecten. Taken Als Salesforce Consultant begeleid je uitdagende implementaties. Je combineert kennis van bedrijfsprocessen en projectmanagementmethodieken (Agile, Prince2, Scrum) met de ambitie om je Salesforce-expertise verder te ontwikkelen. Zo zorg je dat projecten voorspelbaar, efficiënt en met impact worden opgeleverd. Wat je gaat doen: Leidinggeven aan Salesforce-projecten en implementaties (Agile/Scrum/Prince2). Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren en vertalen naar werkende Salesforce-oplossingen. Oplossingen opleveren binnen de afgesproken scope, tijd en budget. Junior consultants coachen en begeleiden. Klanten adviseren over CRM-strategieën, change management en adoptie. Klantrelaties onderhouden en uitbouwen door als sparringpartner op te treden. Vereisten HBO/WO-diploma in ICT, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. 2–5 jaar ervaring in consultancy, IT of projectmanagement. Salesforce-certificeringen zijn een pré, maar geen must – wij helpen je die te halen. Bekend met Agile/Scrum of Prince2, of bereid dit te leren. Sterk in workshops begeleiden en complexe materie begrijpelijk maken. Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt vooruit en wilt groeien in je rol.
