Dans le cadre de la transformation de sa fonction Finance, un groupe majeur de la distribution recherche son/sa Responsable Projets & Transformation Finance. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière Groupe, vous pilotez des projets structurants visant à améliorer la performance, la fiabilité et l’efficacité des processus et outils Finance. Vous intervenez sur un périmètre transverse : comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie, achats indirects, audit interne , avec de fortes interactions avec la DSI, les métiers et les équipes en charge de l’IA. Vos missions Définir et piloter la roadmap des projets de transformation Finance. Conduire les projets de leur cadrage jusqu’au déploiement. Optimiser, harmoniser et automatiser les processus financiers. Accompagner l’évolution des outils et systèmes d’information Finance. Piloter les sujets liés aux ERP, EPM, reporting et outils de data visualisation . Identifier les opportunités offertes par l’automatisation et l’IA. Accompagner les équipes dans la conduite du changement. Manager une équipe de 3 collaborateurs en charge des systèmes et processus comptables. Votre profil De formation supérieure Bac+5 en Finance, gestion, systèmes d’information ou école de commerce, vous disposez d’environ 10 ans d’expérience ou plus dans la filière Finance . Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion de projets de transformation Finance , optimisation de processus, AMOA ou déploiement de systèmes d’information financiers. Vous maîtrisez les environnements ERP / EPM ainsi que les outils de reporting et d’analyse tels que Power BI et Excel . La connaissance d’Hyperion ou d'une solution équivalente constitue un plus. Au-delà de votre expertise technique, vous savez fédérer des équipes et coordonner des interlocuteurs métiers et IT dans des environnements complexes. Anglais professionnel requis. Un poste particulièrement transverse, au cœur d’une transformation Finance d’envergure, combinant expertise métier, systèmes d’information, management et innovation .
