Ihre Aufgaben - Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Prozesse - Umsetzung der ISO-9001- und ISO-14001-Standards im Entwicklungsbereich - Analyse bestehender Produktions- und Prozessabläufe - Identifikation von Schwachstellen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Optimierungslösungen - Unterstützung bei der Anlagenplanung und Implementierung neuer Technologien - Anwendung moderner Methoden wie Lean Management, Six Sigma oder Prozesssimulation Voraussetzungen - abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität in Organischer Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder Polymertechnologie - Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement - Ganzheitliche und nachhaltige Denkweise sowie Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen - Englischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher - Deutschkenntnisse verhandlungssicher - Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Vorteile - unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag - Gleitzeit - betriebliche Sozialberatung - 40 Flex Zuschuss - Corporate Benefits, Jobrad etc. - firmeneigene Kantine inkl.
