In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv die Verkehrsinfrastruktur von morgen und begleiten Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Aufgaben Planung und Projektierung von Infrastruktur- und Ingenieurbauten im Tiefbau Erstellung von Berichten, Plänen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen Koordination mit Bauherrschaften, Behörden und Fachplanenden Projektbearbeitung über mehrere SIA-Phasen hinweg Mitwirkung bei Baukontrollen und in der Ausführung Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur ETH/FH Erste Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau von Vorteil Vernetztes, lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen Strukturierte, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen Benefits Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten mit Perspektive zum Projektleiter Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und zeitgemässe Infrastruktur Einsatz innovativer Technologien ( BIM, digitale Planung, Messtechnik, Drohnen ) Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Jahresarbeitszeitmodell Home-Office-Möglichkeit Kollegiales Arbeitsklima mit flachen Hierarchien Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams Sie möchten Infrastrukturprojekte aktiv mitgestalten und Verantwortung übernehmen?
