The Role Our award-winning Active Housing function is looking for a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be made permanent to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities To plan and manage projects efficiently, coordinate the relevant teams such as development and testing whilst ensuring to deliver the functional requirements for our customers To assess risks and issues, problem solve and prioritise tasks over the project lifecycle To be proactive in managing customer communication and maintain strong relationships with customers Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria Conduct testing of feature and software updates Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client executed user acceptance testing Experience and Qualifications 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager Strong written and verbal communication skills - you’ll need to be in regular contact with clients and key stakeholders Well versed in using productivity applications Fast and highly motivated learner of new software Love organisation, problem solving and planning - you’ll need to have strong attention to detail Nice to have: Experience working in a technical environment / software development environment Experience in the social housing or local government sectors Experience with Jira and Confluence tools Benefits As you can see, we are quickly progressing with our ambitious plans and are eager to grow our team of doers to achieve our vision of managing over 2 million properties through our platform across various countries.
