Product Manager - Growth & Website (m/f/d)

What You'll Own The website, GEO, and the acquisition funnel, for the Career Professionals (individual, B2P) and Self Serve Employers (under 250 employees, under roughly $20,000 a year, no salesperson) segments specifically. Self-serve conversion, from first visit through signup, upgrade, and, eventually, the point where an account outgrows self-serve and hands off to the Assisted tier. The B2P and SMB messaging, in practice, not just in the shared Messaging Framework, this is the one seat that gets to see directly whether that messaging actually converts. What Success Looks Like A defensible, evidence-backed answer to the LTV:CAC question this seat's own existence is gated on. A written, documented Critical User Journey for the self-serve signup and upgrade path, which currently doesn't exist anywhere in the registry, despite being arguably the easiest journey in the company to document precisely, since nobody has to be interviewed to understand it. Growth in self-serve revenue that either justifies this becoming a permanent Senior PM seat, or, just as validly, a clear, honest case that it shouldn't. What We're Looking For Real self-serve growth experience.Funnel optimization, conversion, GEO, and a track record of moving a number without a sales team's help. Comfort being precise about what the product actually does.The current messaging pillar "one system, individual to enterprise" is accurate for the core learner product but not for Command, since Self Serve Employers get no Command at all. You'll need to hold that distinction in your own funnel copy rather than overclaim it. A bias toward writing things down.This seat starts with more open whitespace, no CUJ, no dedicated pod, than almost any other seat in the org, and the person who takes it will be building the paper trail as much as the funnel.
