Deine Aufgaben
- Prozessarbeit: Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer After-Sales-Prozesse, von der Zahlungsabwicklung über den Dokumentenversand bis zur Reklamationsbearbeitung und dem Kundensupport.
- Automatisierung: Du begleitest die Optimierung unseres Customer Care Bereichs und wirkst beim Einsatz von KI-Tools und Automatisierungen mit.
- Datenbasierte Analyse: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse bestehender Abläufe, etwa Bearbeitungszeiten, Reklamationsquoten und Ticketvolumen, und hilfst, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Reporting: Du hilfst beim Erstellen von Reportings und Präsentationen, mit denen Performance-Kennzahlen ans Management gehen.
- Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Customer Care, Payments und Logistik zusammen und begleitest Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung.
Was du mitbringst
Must-have
- Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Logistik, Data oder einem verwandten Bereich, oder Abschluss bereits in der Tasche
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten; Excel und PowerPoint sind selbstverständlich
- KI-affine Arbeitsweise, du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Gemini aktiv im Alltag
- Deutsch C1 und Englisch C1, beide Sprachen gehören zum Arbeitsalltag
Nice to have
- Erste Erfahrung durch Praktika in Operations, Customer Service, Consulting oder Business Development
- Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und an klarer schriftlicher Kommunikation
- SQL oder erste Erfahrung mit BI-Tools
