Aufgaben Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung unserer Kundschaft Koordination und Abwicklung von Werkstattaufträgen sowie von Carrosserie- und Lackschäden Terminvereinbarung, Fahrzeugannahme und -ausgabe Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Versicherung Auftragsbearbeitung und Fakturierung Administrative Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen (Unfall- und Schadensmanagement) Qualitätssicherung und Nachbetreuung der Kunden Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Garagengewerbe (Automobil-Mechatroniker:in oder Automobil-Mechatroniker:in von Vorteil) Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Kundendienstberater:in im Garagengewerbe Technisches Know-how Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Belastbare, flexible und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Führerausweis Kat.
