Le poste est ouvert aux débutants via une POEI en partenariat avec France Travail. Vous suivez une formation de consultant SAP de 3 mois financée par France Travail puis vous débutez votre carrière de d'expert SAP en alternance via un contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation. Vos missions En tant que consultant SAP, vous intégrez un projet vous pourrez prendre part aux tâches suivantes : - Vous prenez part au recueil, à l'analyse et à la définition des besoins auprès des utilisateurs et du client - Vous rédigez des cahiers des charges et des spécifications fonctionnelles - Vous réalisez le paramétrage et les tests des fonctionnalités - Vous veillez à la préparation au démarrage et au support post-démarrage - Vous assurez la gestion des différentes équipes au déploiement de la solution - Vous participez à la formation des futurs utilisateurs - Vous apportez une assistance technique au déploiement de la solution sur le site client - Vous assurez la gestion de la relation avec les équipes de développements. Vos compétences Capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse, communication à l'oral et à l'écrit.
