Und du hast Lust, Neues zu lernen in der führenden Podcast-Produktionsagentur? Dann wollen wir dich kennen lernen. Und zwar bald! Das Praktikum (100%) dauert 12 Monate und bringt dich und dein Können auf ein neues Level. Aufgaben Die Kreation und Postproduktion von Podcasts mit renommierte Kunden im journalistischen, wie auch im Corporate-Bereich – inklusive Konzeptentwicklung, Themenrecherche, Protagonisten-Casting und Scripts erstellen. Du hast Einblick in die Produktion unserer Podcasts: vom ersten Briefing, über das Recording im Studio (oder remote) und der Postproduktion bis zum Upload des finalen Schnitts. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Podcaster*innen zusammen. Von der Terminkoordination, über die Betreuung im Studio bis hin zum Schaffen einer angenehmen Aufnahmesituation und Mitgestaltung von Podcastproduktionen. Qualifikation Du bringst ein feines Ohr für hochwertig produzierte Podcast-Formate mit Hohes Interesse für Podcasts - immer nur Musikhören ist dir viel zu langweilig Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung, Kreativität, Offenheit und die Fähigkeit auf Menschen zuzugehen Sicherheit beim Schreiben von Texten Kreativität bei der Konzeption und Produktion von Social Content und neuen Formate Hohes Eigeninteresse an ständiger Weiterbildung und dem up-to-date bleiben im Bereich Podcasting.
