Du schaltest nicht einfach nur Kampagnen. Du verantwortest ein sechsstelliges Adbuget pro Monat und machst daraus eine Maschine, die skaliert. Deine Zahlen siehst du am nächsten Tag im Umsatz. Dazu suchen wir ab sofort einen Performance Marketer mit Fokus auf Paid Social. Du hast schon erste Kampagnen auf Meta verantwortet und richtig Bock, eine Brand gross zu machen? Dann ist das deine Stelle. Deine Aufgaben Du setzt Kampagnen auf Facebook und Instagram auf, testest sie und skalierst sie. Du steuerst datenbasiert nach ROAS, CPA, Hook Rate und CTR: Winner erkennst du früh, Verlierer stoppst du schnell. Du testest jede Woche neue Creatives mit neuen Hooks, Angles und Formaten. Du schreibst Video- und Werbeskripte, uf Schwizerdütsch ;) Du briefst Creators und planst Drehtage, damit nie der Content ausgeht. Du bringst dich in weitere Performance-Kanäle wie Google Ads, SEO / GEO und Conversion-Optimierung ein und sorgst dafür, dass alles zusammenspielt. Qualifikation Erfahrung: Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung mit Paid Ads mit und verstehst, warum ein Creative funktioniert. Performance: Du misst dich an Resultaten, nicht an Bemühungen. Bauchgefühl ist für dich kein KPI. Ownership: Du übernimmst Verantwortung und ziehst durch. Hinterherrennen muss dir niemand. Wachstum: Du willst jeden Tag besser werden und holst dir neues Wissen auch selbst. Leidenschaft: Du bist mit voller Leidenschaft dabei und hast Bock aufs Projekt. Sprache: Du redsch Schwizerdütsch, üsi Skripts entstöh im Dialekt. Benefits Echtes Budget: Ein sechsstelliges Adbudget pro Monat. So viel Spielraum zum Testen und Skalieren bekommst du sonst erst in einer grossen Agentur, und dort ohne Ownership. Ownership ab Tag 1: Der Ad-Account gehört dir. Du entscheidest, ohne Mikromanagement. Arbeite direkt mit dem Gründer: Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheide, keine Hierarchie. Wachsende Spielwiese: Neue Produkte und neue Märkte wie Deutschland bringen laufend neue Möglichkeiten zum Testen. Du wächst mit: Wenn Seekr wächst, wächst deine Rolle mit.
