Your Role Do you want to drive turn everyday People administration into a seamless, high-quality experience for every single employee? If you are a detail-oriented student who loves supporting people and keeping processes sharp by bringing employees and business needs together, then you are our perfect match! You will gain deep in-depth knowledge of the entire employee life cycle, from initial recruitment to the final stage of a successful career. What You’ll Do Support People Admin: You help our People Operations with everyday employee inquiries, such as holidays, workations and learning budgets, and you keep our Jira Service Management tickets moving with speed and care. Help Keep Data Accurate: You support the maintenance of employee master data and digital personal files, following clear guidelines, so that everything stays accurate and up to date. Document Support: You prepare employment certificates, reference letters and other essential HR documents in German and English. Talent Spotlight: You help us look after the perfect candidate, from the first review of applications for junior roles to taking notes in interviews, so that the experience stays world-class. Process Coordination: You help the recruiting process run smoothly by scheduling interviews and following up with stakeholders to keep the momentum high. What You’ll Bring Experience You are currently enrolled and studying Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related subject. Initial experience in fast-paced companies or HR environment is a plus. Experience in a Tech Scale-up environment is a bonus. Skills Bilingual Proficiency: You speak and write German and English at a professional level (C1/Native). Organizational Talent: You can juggle multiple tasks and projects without losing your cool or your attention to detail. Tech Savvy: You are comfortable (or eager to learn) working with tools like Personio, Leapsome, Jira, and Google Workspace. Mindset Detail Lover: Accuracy is your quiet superpower. Discreet & Trustworthy: You handle sensitive data with care. Eager Learner: You see feedback as fuel. You enjoy both working as part of the People Team and collaborating with it: You come to our Berlin-Mitte office at least twice a week to work alongside us.
