About Kyra Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The Paid Media Manager will work closely with our Director of Paid Strategy to continually optimise paid campaign performance across different channels for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for: Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a main focus on TikTok and Meta Activating campaigns and analysing results to make optimisations and maximise performance Using a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually improve campaign performance against KPIs Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments and with clients Presenting findings to clients regularly and reporting on campaign performance Making data-led recommendations to enhance performance Staying up to date with channel updates and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed What You’ll Need to Thrive Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube) Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+ High proficiency in Excel Strong numeracy and analytical skills Ownership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks Ability to make and justify decisions that drive client performance Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones Benefits 🌎 We’re a remote-first team , giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you do your best work 🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year 📚 Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills. 💰 Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work 🩺 Healthcare coverage for US-based team members AI is core to how we operate.
