Unsere Plattform führt Gespräche in Echtzeit, am Telefon und im Web, angebunden an die Telefonie und die Geschäftssysteme unserer Kunden. Wir legen Wert auf klare Kommunikation, durchdachte Lösungen und echte Zusammenarbeit. Wir suchen eine:n Online Marketing Manager:in (40–100 %), die oder der unser digitales Marketing umsetzt und weiterentwickelt, eng mit Vertrieb und Produkt. Aufgaben Als Online Marketing Manager:in bei der Nairon GmbH gehören zu deinen Aufgaben: Du planst und setzt Online-Kampagnen um, mit Schwerpunkt LinkedIn. Du erstellst und optimierst Inhalte wie Posts, Blogartikel und Fallstudien. Du entwickelst die Leadgenerierung und betreust bezahlte Kampagnen auf LinkedIn Ads und Google Ads. Du misst und verbesserst die Performance deiner Kampagnen (KPIs, Conversion Rates). Du baust Funnels, E-Mail-Kampagnen und Lead Nurturing in HubSpot oder einem vergleichbaren Tool auf. Du pflegst das CRM und unterstützt den Vertrieb bei Lead-Qualifizierung und Vertriebsunterlagen. Anforderungen Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung (Junior) oder mehrere Jahre (Manager) in Online-Marketing, Social Media und Content. Fachliche Kenntnisse: Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation und CRM-Tools wie HubSpot. Gutes Verständnis von Customer Journeys und Sales Funnels; analytisch und datengetrieben. Von Vorteil: B2B-Marketing, Performance-Marketing, Google Analytics oder LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Kommunikation: Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem bis sehr hohem Niveau (C1–C2). Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, unsere interne Arbeitssprache. Persönliche Fähigkeiten: Interesse an KI, Sprachtechnologie und Innovation.
