As a Motion & Graphic Designer (f/m/x) , you’ll join our marketing team, which we’re currently growing to 6 people, and report to our Head of Marketing. This role exists because we need higher production speed for fresh, channel-ready assets . What defines us as a team: fast execution instead of long approval loops, short decision paths , and plenty of room to try out and directly implement new ideas, formats, and AI tools . This role is deliberately set up as a hands-on craft role : you’re close to the pixels and the timeline, and you genuinely enjoy creating things yourself. What you'll do Performance Creatives: Create and iterate ad creatives for paid channels (social-native video, static and native ads), in close collaboration with performance marketing and based on performance data and feedback Brand Assets: Design visual assets for website, CRM and occasionally print, with a consistent visual identity across all channels Templates & Design Systems: Evolve templates, design systems and creative libraries to keep production fast and on-brand AI Workflows: Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production and variant development What you bring Training or degree in graphic, communication or media design or a comparable qualification, plus a portfolio with relevant work samples 3+ years of experience in a digital business, e-commerce, an agency or a fast-paced start-up, producing assets at a high output rate Experience across formats and channels, from graphics and video editing to motion graphics and social video for paid ads, website, CRM and print, including refining creatives based on performance feedback Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools; Figma experience is a plus Strong affinity for AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Creatify, Claude) and the drive to build them into your creative workflow Hands-on mindset with high ownership: you turn ideas into finished assets quickly, handle shifting priorities well and prefer trial and error over perfectionism Fluent English; German is a plus What we offer ⚖️ Fair from the Start: We’ll give you our best possible offer right away—we start with the number that other companies only present at the end of negotiations. 🏢 Work Location: Work from home up to 2 days a week, plus an air-conditioned office with a view of the Spree in the heart of Friedrichshain 📚 Growth: A €500 annual learning & development budget, a clear career framework, and 360° feedback to support your professional growth 🤝 Team Spirit: We celebrate successes together at regular company events and quarterly team events, with a €50 budget per person for special experiences (e.g., escape rooms, cooking classes, or game shows) 🏖️ Vacation: Up to 30 days of vacation (starting with 26 in the 1st year and 28 in the 2nd year) 🧘 Fitness & Leisure: Up to 50% off Urban Sports Club, employee discounts via Corporate Benefits, restaurant deals, and a Family & Friends coupon for the Patronus watch 🚲 Transportation: 30% discount on the "Deutschlandticket" and discounted bike leasing 🥤 Food & Beverages: Free soft drinks & a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a granola station, quarterly company brunches, and weekly healthy snacks 💻 Hardware: Choice between a MacBook and a Lenovo 🌍 Impact: A product with genuine social value, plus one volunteer day per year The simple way to live safely.
