In dieser Position bearbeiten Sie Kundenanfragen direkt vor Ort an unserem Standort in Köln und koordinieren die Kommunikationsprozesse zwischen Pflege, Verwaltung und Organisation. Das bringen Sie mit Sie passen gut zu uns, wenn Sie über Erfahrung im Kundenservice verfügen, strukturiert arbeiten und kommunikationsstark sind. Für diese unbefristete Festanstellung bringen Sie ein gutes Verständnis für organisatorische Abläufe mit und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick. Ihre ersten Monate bei MILOMED In den ersten Monaten machen Sie sich mit unseren internen Abläufen und Systemen vertraut, übernehmen die eigenständige Bearbeitung erster Kundenanliegen und arbeiten eng mit den Teams aus Verwaltung und Pflege zusammen.
