Practise the Mitarbeiter Controlling/Finanzen/Personal (m/w/d) at IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH interview free →Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortung für die operativen Prozesse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Sicherstellung eines effizienten Finanz- und Liquiditätsmanagements Ansprechpartner für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Banken sowie die innerbetrieblichen Abteilungen Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Planungen Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings, einschließlich Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Analysen Erstellung von Projektabrechnungen für Projekte im internationalen Bereich unseres Unternehmens Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalwesen Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufspraxis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling eines mittelständischen Unternehmens. Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen und Controlling. Erfahrungen in der Abrechnung und administrativen Betreuung öffentlich geförderter Projekte sind von Vorteil. Erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen (HR) sind wünschenswert. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich. Erfahrungen mit Odoo oder vergleichbaren ERP-/Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen sind von Vorteil. Sie besitzen eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Sie sind analytisch stark, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kommunikationsstark. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
