Neben dem Naturstein-Handel betreiben wir einen starken E-Commerce-Bereich mit Gartendekoration, Teichelektronik, Ladungssicherung und Gas-Feuerstellen. Wir führen drei eigene Marken und ergänzend Fremdmarken. Verkauft wird über Amazon, eBay, OBI, Hornbach, XXXLutz, Otto und Kaufland sowie über vier eigene Onlineshops. Bei uns erwartet dich ein breites, abwechslungsreiches Sortiment auf allen wichtigen Plattformen. Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Werbung auf den Marktplätzen: Planung, Schaltung und laufende Optimierung von Ads (z. B. Amazon Ads) Steuerung des Werbebudgets mit dem Ziel, ACOS, Conversion-Rate und Marge gezielt zu verbessern Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Produkttexten, Bildern und Content für die Marktplatz-Listings, unterstützt durch KI-Tools Auswertung der Marktplatz-KPIs und regelmäßiges Reporting Unterstützung bei der Recherche und Auswahl neuer Produkte auf Basis von Marktplatzdaten Ihr Profil 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Online Marketing, davon idealerweise mehrere Jahre auf Marktplätzen Praxiserfahrung mit Amazon Ads und mindestens einem weiteren Marktplatz (z. B. OBI, Otto, eBay) Sicheres Verständnis von ACOS, ROAS, Conversion-Rate und Marge Gute Kenntnisse in Adobe-Programmen (z. B. Photoshop, Illustrator) Umgang mit Helium 10 und Sistrix (von Vorteil) Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Erstellung von Inhalten (von Vorteil) Sicherer Umgang mit Excel bzw.
