August 2027 suchen wir für unser Team Technical Support eine/n Lernende/n zur Ausbildung als ICT-Fachmann/-frau EFZ. Starte deine berufliche Zukunft in der Informatik mit Fokus auf IT-Support. Bei uns lernst du die Grundlagen eines professionellen IT-Betriebs und unterstützt aktiv unsere Mitarbeitenden im Arbeitsalltag. Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen (1st-Level-Support) Unterstützung bei IT-Problemen (remote und vor Ort) Installation und Einrichtung von PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemupdates Qualifikation Abgeschlossene Sekundarschule (Niveau A oder gutes B Niveau) Interesse an IT, Informatik und Technik Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und an Supportaufgaben Logisches Denkvermögen und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Motivation Benefits Praxisnahe und strukturierte Ausbildung im IT-Support Enges Coaching durch erfahrene Fachpersonen Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft von Anfang an Moderne IT-Infrastruktur Kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Gute Perspektiven nach Lehrabschluss Werde Teil unseres Teams und starte deine IT-Karriere bei uns!
