Wichtig: Dies ist keine rein strategische Führungsposition! Gesucht wird ein SAP-Allrounder, der Führungsverantwortung übernimmt, aber weiterhin aktiv und operativ im SAP-System arbeitet, insbesondere im Customizing. Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des lokalen IT-Teams Hands-on SAP-Customizing, Fehleranalyse, Support und Systemoptimierung Verantwortung für die lokale SAP- und Applikationslandschaft Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachabteilungen, Management und internationalen Konzernfunktionen Koordination von SAP-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemanpassungen Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Incident- und Change-Management Ihr Profil Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische SAP-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen Fundierte Hands-on-Customizing-Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei SAP-Modulen, z. B. SD, MM, WM, PP oder FI/CO Breites Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse in Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain und Finance Erfahrung mit SAP-Implementierungen, Rollouts oder Systemoptimierungen Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams und im IT-Projektmanagement Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Das erwartet Sie Langfristige Perspektive mit ausführlicher Übergabe Kombination aus operativer SAP-Arbeit und IT-Führungsverantwortung Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und internationale Zusammenarbeit Verantwortungsvolle Position in einem etablierten Unternehmen Standort & Bewerbung Die Position befindet sich in der Region Dresden / Ostsachsen.
