In mittlerweile vier Autohäusern in Bocholt, Wesel und Kleve, bieten wir neben Neufahrzeugen und Jahreswagen der Marken Honda, Mitsubishi, GWM, Seat und Cupra, auch über 250 stetig wechselnde Gebrauchtfahrzeuge. Mit einem Team von über 60 Mitarbeitern bieten wir individuelle Beratung und Service auch nach dem Fahrzeugkauf. Dabei ist es unser Anspruch, unsere Kunden höchst zufrieden zu stellen. Aufgaben die erste Kommunikation mit den Kunden in Bezug auf Werkstatttermine und weitere Wünsche den Abgleich der Werkstattkapazitäten und die Pflege im Terminplanungssystem die Sicherstellung der Kundenmobilität die Telefonannahme, Kassenführung und Abrechnung Rechnungslegung und –Erläuterung Übergabe und Rücknahme der Mietfahrzeuge Schwerpunkt Betreuung der Marke Honda, SEAT & CUPRA Qualifikation eine abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Autohaus professionelles und sicheres Auftreten Freude am Umgang mit Menschen gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke Benefits Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit 30 Tage Urlaub pro Kalenderjahr Angenehmes Arbeitsklima und flache Hierarchien Moderner Arbeitsplatz Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Keine Überstunden Faire Bezahlung Jährliche Teamevents Jobbikes/Jobroller Exklusive Personalleasingangebote Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
