Die große Anzahl an Bestandskunden zeigt, dass wir als zuverlässiger Partner geschätzt werden Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in Kundenservice in Voll- oder Teilzeit 25 Std/Woche Aufgaben Auftragsannahme: Entgegennahme, Prüfung und Erfassung von Kundenbestellungen per Telefon, E-Mail oder über unser Webportal Telefonannahme: Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von eingehenden Kundenanrufen (Inbound) sowie Beantwortung von Standardfragen zu Produkten, Lieferzeiten und Rücksendungen. Reklamationsbearbeitung: Eigenverantwortliche Annahme, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen Retouren Bearbeitung: Systemseitige Erfassung, Prüfung und Verbuchung von Rücksendungen und Warenretouren. Qualifikation Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Erfahrung im Bereich der telefonischen oder persönlichen Kundenbetreuung (z. B. Empfang, Rezeption oder Kundenservice) Eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Zuverlässigkeit bei administrativen Aufgaben Teamfähigkeit und offene Kommunikation Gute MS Office Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
