Aufgaben Du unterstützt unser Payroll-Team im Tagesgeschäft und lernst die Schweizer Lohnverarbeitung Schritt für Schritt kennen, immer mit Begleitung im Team. Du bereitest Lohnläufe vor und bearbeitest sie nach: Mutationen erfassen, Lohndaten plausibilisieren, Abrechnungen kontrollieren. Du klärst einfache Absenzen- und Taggeldfälle (UVG, KTG, EO) über das Ticketing. Du nimmst Anrufe von Kundinnen und Kunden entgegen, beantwortest einfache Fragen direkt und erfasst alles Weitere sauber als Ticket. Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Payroll-Team und wächst so laufend in anspruchsvollere Fälle hinein.
