Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst unser operatives Tagesgeschäft in Logistik und Customer Service und entwickelst die Prozesse dahinter weiter. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern und unseren Partnern zusammen. Dabei baust du das operative Rückgrat auf dem wir die Marke weiter skalieren können. Bestands- und Nachschubplanung sowie Koordination mit unseren Herstellern Steuerung von Wareneingang, Fulfillment und Versand mit unseren Logistikpartnern Operative Betreuung unserer Marktplätze und Aufbau des Retail-Kanals Steuerung des Customer Service inklusive Helpdesk sowie zugehöriger KI-Tools Aufbau eines regelmäßigen Ops-Reportings und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Gründerteam Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Prozessen in Logistik und Customer Service, mit wachsendem Verantwortungsbereich Unsere Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Wirtschaft, Logistik, Operations oder einem verwandten Feld Erste Erfahrung in E-Commerce, Logistik oder Operations von Vorteil, z. B. auch durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets; Freude daran, Prozesse in Tools abzubilden Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details und Datenqualität Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, Verantwortung in einem kleinen Team zu übernehmen Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Arbeiten bei FORTĒA® Du steigst in ein kleines Team ein, das gerade den nächsten Vertriebskanal aufbaut, und übernimmst Ownership ab dem ersten Tag: eigene Prozesse, direkter Draht zu den Gründern, kurze Entscheidungswege.
