Dabei begleitest Du ein Projekt bei einem unserer namhaften Kunden und übernimmst unter anderem diese Aufgaben: Ist-Aufnahme beim Kunden bezüglich der Prozesse und bestehender Strukturen mittels Datenanalyse, Interviews und Workshops Datenbasierte Ist-Analyse sowie Auswertung der Interview- und Workshopergebnisse Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Optimierung im betreffenden Unternehmensbereich Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Optimierung der Unternehmensstrukturen und Prozess Entwicklung einer Strategie oder Vision für das Kundenunternehmen Anfertigung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management oder andere Entscheidungsträger Dein Profil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) Abgeschlossenes Studium oder mindestens 5.
