Sie steuern die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Systeme an unserem Standort in Bern und sorgen dafür, dass unsere digitalen Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen. Aufgaben Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Aufnahme, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Business-Anforderungen Konfiguration, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des LMS (ERP-System) im DACH-Umfeld als Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche wie auch IT Planung und Durchführung von Tests sowie Begleitung von Fachbereichsabnahmen wie auch Go-Lives inkl. Unterstützung der Anwendenden in der Stabilisierungsphase Schulung sowie Unterstützung von Key Usern und Endanwendern Applikationsmanagement inkl. Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Anfragen, Störungen und Änderungswünschen Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Reports und Dashboards in Power BI sowie relevanter KPIs für verschiedene CH-Geschäftsbereiche inkl. Datenvalidierung und Qualitätssicherung Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess-, Schulungs- und Projektdokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen und Anwendungen Qualifikationen Studium oder Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Datenanalyse oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Praxiserfahrung in ERP-, Implementierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten sowie Verständnis für die Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen in IT-Systemen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI und Excel, von Vorteil auch in SQL und Datenmodellierung Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Testing und Projektmanagement wünschenswert Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C2) sowie gute Englisch- sowie Französischkenntnisse (mind.
