In unserem Büro direkt an der Universität sorgst du dafür, dass unser Team schneller und smarter arbeitet. Aufgaben Dein eigenes Großprojekt: Auf unserer bestehenden KI-Grundlage hebst du die gesamte Agentur in eine neue Dimension. Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer firmeninternen Tools. Anbindung und Vollautomatisierung von KI an unsere Kernsysteme, z. B. Google Ads, Reporting und CRM. Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben in Media Buying, Reporting und Vertrieb. Webdesign neu gedacht: Du entwickelst KI-gestützte Workflows, mit denen wir Landing Pages für unsere Kunden schneller gestalten, testen und optimieren. Qualifikation Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau komplexer Workflows und Automationen, z. B. mit Make, n8n oder Zapier. Ein gutes Gespür dafür, wo KI echten Mehrwert bringt und wo nicht. Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in Python oder JavaScript. Gute Webdesign-Skills und ein Auge für Gestaltung. Wohnsitz in München oder Umzugsbereitschaft, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
