Dann bist du bei uns als ICT-Dienstleister genau richtig! DEIN WIRKUNGSBEREICH First- und Second-Level-Support: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere User bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen vom Büro aus, wie auch bei Kunden vor Ort. Systempflege: Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Clients Prozessoptimierung: Du dokumentierst Lösungen und hilfst uns, unsere IT-Infrastruktur noch smarter zu machen. Mitgestaltung: Bei IT-Projekten bringst du deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein und arbeitest punktuell mit. DAS BRINGST DU MIT IT im Blut: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. ICT-Fachmann/ Frau EFZ o.ä.) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung – viel wichtiger ist uns aber deine echte Passion für Technologie und Hilfsbereitschaft. Lösungsorientierung: Du gibst nicht auf, bis der Fehler gefunden und behoben ist. Kommunikationstalent: Du kannst komplexe IT-Themen für Anwender verständlich und charmant erklären. Lernbereitschaft: Du hast Lust, dich ständig in neue Tools und Systeme reinzufuchsen. Weitere Skills: Fahrausweis Kat.
