Aufgaben Rekrutierung: von der Ausschreibung bis zum Vertrag Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Onboardings Führung der Sozialversicherungen (SVA) und der Pensionskasse (PK), inklusive Mutationen Bearbeitung von Krankmeldungen und Versicherungsfällen Sämtliche Meldungen an Ämter und Versicherungen Abwicklung von EO- und RAV-Belegen Organisation und Begleitung der Mitarbeitergespräche Pflege der Personalakten und Personalstammdaten Qualifikation Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit HR-Weiterbildung (z. B. HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg.
