For our Research and Development team in Zurich we are looking for a: Hardware Design Engineer (80 - 100%) You are fascinated by measurement devices that provide 160dB signal-to-noise ratios and you have talent in contributing to a team all focused on getting things up and running? Your Profile Are you a result-oriented, intrinsically motivated person who loves to tackle challenges in a cooperative fashion? Do you feel inspired to work in a multicultural, high-tech environment? In this position you will be responsible for Development and maintenance of electronic circuits (PCB based) for ZI products, including specification, conception, implementation, and documentation Conducting characterization and qualification testing Maintaining design resources, like EDA tools and PCB design libraries Collaborating with and instructing external partners (e.g., PCB layouters and manufacturers) Qualifications MSc or BSc in Electrical engineering or in a related field At least 5 years of experience in circuit design and characterization of mixed signal PCB’s involving analog/RF building blocks, FPGA’s/DSP’s, mixed-signal circuits (ADC, DAC) and power supply conditioning Experience in using EDA tools for circuit design and simulation, like Altium Designer and Spice Proficient user of lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNA’s Team player enjoying close collaboration with other hardware, FW/HDL, and software team members Fluent in English, German is a nice to have THE LEVER STORY Lever builds modern recruiting software for teams to source, interview, and hire top talent.
