Le gestionnaire de dossiers judiciaires conduit les opérations de recouvrement d’un portefeuille de dossiers composés de créances diverses titrées ou non titrées. Nous recherchons une personne motivée qui est capable de travailler avec une équipe et qui peut prendre des décisions rapides et judicieuses. Vos missions Missions: Conduire les opérations de recouvrement des dossiers: dérouler les procédures civiles d'exécution, réaliser des enquêtes de solvabilité et négocier des soldes et/ou des échéanciers. Réaliser les objectifs client. Contrôler la conformité des actes d'exécution édités. Suivre l'agenda quotidiennement pour réaliser des relances téléphoniques suite aux accords de règlements fixés. Appliquer les process de recouvrement internes déterminés par l'entreprise. Vos compétences Expérience souhaitée. Service client / aisance téléphonique.
