Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Freelance Product Manager:in, die/der unser Produktportfolio steuert, vor allem für unsere Beauty-Marke Bionera, und Produkte über alle Naturida-Marken hinweg von der Idee bis zum Launch und darüber hinaus verantwortet. Eckdaten Start: ab sofort Laufzeit: 6–12 Monate, Verlängerung möglich Umfang: 20–25 h/Woche Ort: Berlin / Schönefeld bevorzugt, remote möglich (1–2 Termine vor Ort pro Monat) Deine Aufgaben Die Bionera-Produktroadmap verantworten und priorisieren: Welche Kategorien und Formate bringen wir als Nächstes? Neue Produkte steuern, von Trend- und Marktrecherche über Konzept und Business Case bis zum Launch Labore und Lohnhersteller briefen, steuern und Angebote verhandeln Bestehende Produkte aller Naturida-Marken anhand von Reviews, Verkaufsdaten und Margen weiterentwickeln: Formel, Packaging und Claims verbessern, COGS senken, ohne an Qualität zu verlieren Compliance (Safety Assessment, PIF, CPNP, Claims) mit unseren Partnern koordinieren Schnittstelle zu Marketing, Amazon und Operations: Launches planen und die Performance deiner Produkte nachhalten Dein Profil Mindestens 3 selbst verantwortete Produktlaunches als Product Manager:in oder in vergleichbarer Rolle, idealerweise Kosmetik, alternativ Supplements oder FMCG Sicherer Umgang mit COGS, Marge und MOQ, belegbar mit eigenen Zahlen Erfahrung im D2C-, Amazon- oder Drogerie-Umfeld Strukturierte, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Prioritäten zu setzen Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ein Plus sind ein eigenes Netzwerk zu Laboren und CMOs, Erfahrung mit EU-Kosmetikregulatorik, internationale Produkterfahrung und Lust auf KI-gestützte Workflows. Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen. Du hast einen direkten Draht zum Management, keine Freigabeschleifen und keine Konzernbürokratie. Gute Ideen werden bei uns umgesetzt und nicht zerredet.
