ABOUT THE ROLE As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope. WHY JOIN US?
