Aufgaben In dieser abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Vertrauensfunktion berichten Sie direkt an den CFO und übernehmen die operative und fachliche Verantwortung in folgenden Bereichen: Komplette Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Abschlüsse nach SWISS GAAP FER & OR & Lohnbuchhaltung Controlling (Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, Liquidität, Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen/Simulationen) Ansprechperson für verschiedene Stakeholder (Revision, Banken, Steuerberater etc.) Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse im Bereich Finanzen Steuerliche Themen (Erstellung StE Juristische Personen (Schweiz), Abklärungen internationale Steuerthemen) Enger Austausch mit dem CFO und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen im Unternehmen Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS) Ansprechperson und Unterstützung im IT-Support Fachliche und personelle Führung von kleinem Team Qualifikation Fundierte kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Controlling und Lohnbuchhaltung in einer internationalen Unternehmung mit KMU-Flair Erste Führungserfahrung bzw. -qualitäten Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen Erfahrung mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards nach SWISS GAAP FER oder IFRS Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Revisionen Hohe IT-Affinität, Selbständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseDurchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität und offen für Neues Benefits Unser Kunde bietet: Spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet Offene Kommunikations- und Feedbackkultur Flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege Sportliches, dynamisches und motiviertes Team Kostenloser Parkplatz Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit für Homeoffice Wir freuen uns über die Zustellung Ihrer Bewerbungsunterlagen und stehen für weitere Fragen gerne zur Verfügung.
