About the Role Following our acquisition of the spend management platform Yokoy, Perk is building a seamless, all-in-one solution for business travel and expenses. We are seeking an experienced, German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to act as a strategic partner to our highest-value clients across the DACH region. In this role, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving client adoption, revenue retention, and expansion across our combined product suite. You will combine deep client empathy with data-driven consulting to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. What You'll Do Strategic Account Ownership: Lead and nurture a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and executive sponsors. Portfolio Expansion: Systematically identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly around our expanded Yokoy spend management capabilities, to drive net revenue retention. Executive Reviews: Deliver data-driven Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to executive stakeholders, translating travel and spend analytics into clear ROI and actionable recommendations. Product & Spend Expertise: Consult on platform best practices using complete mastery of the Perk and Yokoy product ecosystems. Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to guide rollouts and influence product roadmaps. Proactive Issue Resolution: Address complex operational or technical challenges early, establishing scalable solutions to ensure long-term retention. What We're Looking For Languages: Native or near-native fluency in German and professional fluency in English. Track Record: Proven success in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success (SaaS, FinTech, or TravelTech preferred), with a history of consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present to, negotiate with, and advise C-level executives. Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex spend data into high-level business strategies that align client objectives with product capabilities. Feedback-Driven & Collaborative: A low-ego, team-first approach that thrives on early feedback, rapid iteration, and cross-functional alignment.
