You’ll thrive with us if you bring: 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or data/AI-driven environments – with a proven track record in data management, analytical value creation, or data-powered business transformation Confidence to lead client relationships and guide teams – with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from structured storylining to building trust across diverse, cross-functional setups Sharp analytical skills and a hands-on, change-oriented approach – you don’t just analyze, you make things happen Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset – you connect the dots, think in solutions, and turn ideas into action Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and growth – you proactively learn, empower others, and foster a culture of shared success A strong academic track record (STEM field preferred), fluency in both English and German (written and spoken), and willingness to travel regularly to client sites Where you’ll work Most projects require working onsite at client locations throughout Germany (and occasionally Europe) for several days per week. While our main office is located in Heidelberg, many of our team members are based across various cities in Germany. This reflects our flexible and distributed team structure and means that relocation is not a requirement.
