Data & BI Analyst Microsoft Fabric & Power BI

Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-time Working Model: Hybrid / On-site We are currently looking for an experienced Data & BI Analyst to join a growing data and analytics environment and play an important role in the development of modern reporting solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data and technology , and who wants to contribute to a broader ERP and data transformation journey. Tasks Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions Work with Microsoft Fabric to support modern data and reporting capabilities Design and maintain effective data models and semantic models Develop advanced DAX calculations and Power Query transformations Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical BI solutions Analyse and improve data quality, consistency and usability Support the definition and implementation of relevant KPIs and management reporting Use SQL to query, analyse and work with structured datasets Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's overall data and reporting architecture Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions throughout the transformation process Requirements What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms Good understanding of semantic models and BI architecture Solid SQL skills Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Structured, proactive and independent working style Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a changing and transformation-driven environment Fluent German and good English Benefits What You Can Expect Opportunity to work on a major data and ERP transformation Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern BI technologies Close collaboration with business and technology teams A role with significant scope for ownership and professional development Long-term opportunity within an international environment Interested?
