Join us as a Customer Success Manager in Paris to help French businesses get lasting value from Qonto. Under the guidance of Guillermo , you’ll own a portfolio of high-value customers and help shape a more proactive, relationship-led approach to customer success. ➡️ What you’ll do Know your customers: Understand each business, its priorities and the needs of its different entities. Build trusted relationships: Run discovery conversations and regular reviews with finance leaders and other decision-makers. Grow customer value: Recommend relevant Qonto features that support adoption and retention. Own your portfolio’s results: Take accountability for your portfolio’s revenue and customer retention, including preventing and managing churn. Use account activity and revenue signals to prioritise follow-ups and spot risks or opportunities. Collaborate across teams: Work with Product Managers (PM), Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Risk & Compliance (R&C) to share customer insights, address their needs and support their success. ➡️ What we’re looking for Portfolio ownership: You’ve directly managed a portfolio of B2B customers with responsibility for adoption, retention or account development. Consultative discovery: You turn customer conversations into useful recommendations for finance leaders and other decision-makers. Prioritisation: You use customer data to decide where to focus and follow through on your commitments.
