Ob mit Kamera, iPhone oder KI – Du weißt, wie aus einer guten Idee überzeugender Content wird. Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst Content-Ideen für organische Posts und Paid Ads, die performen, und machst daraus Konzept, Skript und fertigen Content. Du denkst in Hooks, Storylines und wiederkehrenden Formaten, die unsere Community wiedererkennt. Du behältst Trends, Themen und aktuelle Social-Media-Phänomene im Blick und erkennst, welche davon zu unseren Marken passen. Du organisierst Deine Drehs eigenständig und arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketingteam zusammen. Du produzierst Fotos, Reels und Kurzvideos – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Ergebnis. Du bereitest bestehendes Foto- und Videomaterial plattformgerecht auf, damit aus einem Dreh mehrere Inhalte werden. Dein Profil Du hast Erfahrung in der Foto- und Videoproduktion. Was Du kannst, zeigst Du uns mit Deinem Portfolio. Kamera, Licht, Ton sowie Schnitt- und Bildbearbeitungsprogramme beherrschst Du sicher. Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und ein Gespür für Mode, Ästhetik und Social Media mit. Du packst an, denkst mit und setzt Deine Ideen selbstständig und strukturiert um. Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B und bist für Drehs und Events reisebereit. Wir bieten Dir Freiraum für Deine Ideen und kreative Verantwortung ab Tag eins.
