Dans le cadre du développement de son pôle INOVEFA Vente, spécialisé dans la commercialisation de programmes immobiliers neufs (VEFA), l’entreprise recrute un(e) Conseiller(ère) Commercial(e) terrain pour accompagner les acquéreurs tout au long de leur projet immobilier. Vos missions En tant que Conseiller(ère) Commercial(e), vous assurez des permanences sur site (bulle de vente) en Île-de-France. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du suivi des prospects, de la relance des contacts et de la présentation des modalités de vente. Vous accompagnez vos clients de la prise de contact jusqu’à la signature de l’acte authentique, en passant par le montage du contrat de réservation et le suivi de l’obtention du financement. Vous travaillez en lien direct avec les équipes internes pour assurer un accompagnement fluide et rassurant à chaque étape du parcours client. Vos compétences Vous avez le sens du contact et une forte appétence pour la relation client. Une première expérience dans la vente immobilière, idéalement en VEFA, est un atout. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome. Le permis B est obligatoire pour assurer les déplacements en Île-de-France. Ce poste propose une rémunération motivante (fixe + commissions, primes, 13e mois), des horaires flexibles et une prise en charge du transport quotidien.
