Dans ce contexte dynamique, nous recherchons un(e) conseiller client prêt(e) à s’investir dans une entreprise en pleine expansion. Vos missions Véritable pilier de l’agence, vous êtes au cœur de la relation client et garant(e) de l’expérience RENTSCAPE. Vous contribuez directement au développement commercial et à la qualité de service, tout en participant activement à la gestion opérationnelle. Relation client & vente Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients Développer les ventes (locations + services additionnels) Fidéliser la clientèle et garantir une expérience premium Développement commercial Participer activement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires Développer la notoriété locale de l’agence Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales Gestion opérationnelle Assurer le bon déroulement des locations Gérer les départs/retours véhicules Participer à l’organisation et au bon fonctionnement de l’agence Logistique & flotte Préparer les véhicules (propreté, niveaux, contrôles) Suivre l’état de la flotte Coordonner les interventions avec les partenaires Votre profil Excellent sens du service et de la relation client Dynamique, autonome et organisé(e) Esprit commercial et goût du challenge Polyvalent(e) avec une forte capacité d’adaptation Esprit d’équipe indispensable Bon niveau d’anglais requis Une première expérience en relation client ou vente est appréciée Permis B obligatoire Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
